Private fittings, fragrance consultations, and object viewings are offered by appointment. Your nearest studio and hours are listed on our locations page.
Care & restoration
Leather, metal, and textile pieces may be assessed for cleaning and repair through the atelier. Include photographs and a brief description when you write in.
Orders & delivery
Questions about sizing, lead times, shipping, and exchanges are handled by the client services team. We reply during studio business days.
